I went to the Malaysia Airlines Paris Office after having to cancel my ticket because of a family emergency. Although I was concerned about return concerns, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They streamlined the return procedure and provided an explanation of the cancellation policy. Even a physical copy of the refund request was provided to me. The atmosphere in the office was polite and professional. I felt grateful and at ease as I left. It's encouraging to see customer-focused airline workplaces.
