I had a wonderful experience with Spirit Airlines New York City Office. The personnel was polite when I had to cancel a flight because of an emergency. They made the canceling procedure easy and demonstrated empathy. Charges frightened me, but they helped me save money and gave me a detailed explanation. The employees appeared to be well-trained and had a positive attitude. They obviously want to assist and care about the passengers. I'm happy I attended in person, even though I didn't anticipate such excellent service. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
