Before we left for Cairo, my family and I visited the Egyptair Amman office. I enjoyed the experience. We were greeted pleasantly by the personnel, who helped us with all of our flight-related inquiries. They gave clear instructions, which allayed my mother's concerns concerning wheelchair service at the airport. The service was timely, and everything was explained in simple terms. The office was clean and quiet. In a matter of minutes, we were in and out. I was grateful for their kind treatment of us. Our journey was pleasant and made easier by this office.
