Last month, I went to the Air Astana Moscow Office with a few pals to get our vacation tickets. The office was really clean and easy to find. One of the employees came up to us as soon as we entered and asked what they could do to help. They addressed all of our questions with patience, including those about food, check-in bags, and layovers. The employees who helped us were kind and competent. The booking process went smoothly, and we weren't rushed. The entire experience left us feeling really satisfied. Overall, it was a very pleasant and educational stay.
