I had a positive experience when I visited the Sun Country Airlines San Juan Office. I needed to inquire about special care for my aging mother. They were incredibly helpful and understanding. They instructed me on what to do at the airport and how to get a wheelchair. I got the impression that they genuinely cared about each and every traveler. Getting precise answers in person was such a relief. Additionally, the office appeared neat and orderly. There wasn't much waiting for me. It's rare to get such excellent service, so I wanted to express my gratitude.
