I had a great day at the Spirit Airlines New York City Office. The staff promptly assisted me when I had difficulties with the online check-in process. They were nice and didn't make me feel guilty about my inquiries. They described the airport procedure and printed my boarding pass. The office is tidy and well-maintained. I appreciated how the employees gave each customer their full attention. I was not hurried. If I ever need assistance with travel again, I will definitely come back. This office provides excellent customer service.
