The woman behind the counter was really professional and helpful. When I misplaced my ticket, she printed it again and answered all of my questions. The office is easily accessible by train and is situated in a convenient location. They have well-trained employees who are always willing to assist. I didn't feel hurried at all and had prompt responses. Excellent client service.
