Recently, my friends and I went to the KLM Airlines Muscat Office to inquire about baggage allowance and travel insurance. Friendly staff members took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us. They printed out some useful material and took their time with us. We were pleased with the way we were handled, and the service was outstanding. Additionally, the workplace was quite hospitable and clean. The employees seemed really interested in assisting us. The visit made us feel more ready for our journey. We appreciate KLM having such a supportive staff in Muscat. We wholeheartedly endorse them.
