They were courteous, amiable, and really supportive. We didn't feel hurried, and the office had a calm vibe. With a smile on our faces and complete assurance about our impending travel, we left. Everything went smoothly and was fun. In Paris, Virgin Atlantic has an excellent team. If necessary, I will return.
