Hello! Just wanted to share our thought on how surprised we were by the Turkish Airlines BEY Terminal. My family flew with us, and they received assistance immediately after we got to the terminal. The airport people were extremely nice and ensured everything was smooth in checking us in. We also appreciated how everything was spotlessly clean and properly maintained—whether the restrooms or waiting rooms. We had time prior to our flight, so we sat down to a wonderful coffee while the children utilized the free Wi-Fi. It was just the best beginning to our vacation. Turkish Airlines really delivers high-quality service from the ground level.
