That alone makes a difference, especially if you’re someone who gets a little anxious at the airport like I sometimes do.

The check-in process was one of the smoother ones I’ve had with an international carrier. I arrived about three hours before my flight just to be safe (you never know with international travel), and there wasn’t much of a line. I saw a few families with small kids, and the staff were super accommodating—letting them pre-board, helping with car seats and strollers, and just generally being helpful without rushing anyone. As a parent, that’s something I always keep an eye out for. When staff show patience and kindness to families, it makes the entire journey better for everyone.

Aeromexico staff were remarkable in their professionalism and hospitality. Whether it was helping out with a seat switch, assisting a family with children, or soothing elderly passengers, each encounter seemed warm and personal. The gate agents kept all the passengers notified with announcements in both languages, and boarding was a smooth go.
