Hello, I recently flew with Frontier Airlines JFK Terminal and had a good overall experience. Although everything was clean and functional, the terminal itself felt a little antiquated. It was quick and simple to use the self-check-in kiosks. Although the lines at security were lengthy, they moved swiftly. There was some gate confusion throughout Frontier's boarding process, but it was promptly resolved. The gate area was not a good location to unwind because it was packed and noisy. Nevertheless, the crew was pleasant and my flight was on time. There wasn't much more I could have asked for for the price.
