Hello, my flight from Emirates Airlines HEL Terminal went smoothly. Check-in is simple thanks to the terminal's cleanliness, organization, and clear signage. The employees at Emirates were courteous and productive. Despite being smaller than in Dubai, the lounge was comfortable and had a respectable menu. The boarding process was smooth and punctual. The atmosphere was peaceful and nice, and security checks were completed quickly. I liked that the terminal has free Wi-Fi and recharge stations. I've had more laid-back airport departures than this one. Despite operating from smaller hubs like Helsinki, Emirates continues to provide top-notch service.
