Hi there! The one thing that was truly exceptional at the United Airlines NRT Terminal was the outstanding customer service. The employees were always on hand to help and ensured we had whatever we required. They were pleasant, professional, and really made the experience trouble-free. Boarding was smooth, with precise instructions and a well-organized process. All was done in a timely fashion, which ensured the whole trip was seamless and trouble-free. Travel can be exhausting, but well-organized operations at this terminal helped a great deal. Overall, our family had a wonderful time and highly recommend it for a smooth trip!
