Hello! The El Al JFK Terminal check-in was surprisingly well-organized. As we had already booked our seats and done most of the formalities online, the check-in was smooth and swift. The counter staff were courteous and professional, ensuring our bags were processed easily before issuing us our boarding passes. Something that we truly appreciated was the emphasis that places on security—there were extra security procedures in place for international flights, particularly to Israel, which left us feeling even more secure. Although the process took a little longer, it was done professionally and with concern, making for a seamless experience.
