Fly with Spirit Airlines? I was pleasantly impressed by the o'hare spirit terminal. Although I anticipated mayhem and long lines, check-in went quickly, and the personnel was welcoming. There were good dining options and the terminal was clean. The gate agents kept everyone updated, and the boarding process went smoothly. To be honest, Spirit's ORD setup is far better than I had expected for a low-cost airline. The ORD terminal isn't too horrible if you're flying Spirit out of Chicago.
