I recently had the chance to tour the British Airways Seattle Office, and I have to say that it was a seamless, expert, and highly beneficial experience. I had a lot of inquiries about baggage allowance and travel regulations when I came in to change my foreign itinerary. The personnel welcomed me right away and calmly and appropriately answered my problems.
