My family and I recently went to the Kenya Airways Beirut Office, and I was quite pleased with the service. Everyone was helpful and kind. They smiled as they responded to all of our inquiries. We were organizing a group trip, so some of my friends joined us as well. We were given the best deals by the staff. The office had a calm atmosphere, was tidy, and was quiet. They were gracious enough to overlook the fact that I was even bringing my little puppy along. I felt really welcome because of that. Seeing individuals who genuinely care about their consumers is pleasant. Without a doubt, I will return there and recommend it to others. Fantastic experience.
