Everything worked easily and effectively, from helping with reservations to answering my questions concerning travel. The office had a comfortable vibe and was clean and well-organized. The prompt response time and individualized customer service really impressed me. Customer satisfaction is obviously a top priority for JetBlue. My visit to the Santiago office truly made the rest of my trip better.
