I was quite satisfied with Allegiant Air's service when I recently used it at Munich International Airport (MUC). Friendly workers at the terminal facilitated a speedy and efficient check-in process. The Allegiant Air MUC Terminal itself was easy to traverse because it was modern, clean, and well-organized. There were lots of cozy places to sit while waiting to board, and the security process went smoothly. The range of dining and shopping alternatives was another thing I liked. The gate crew was polite the entire time, and boarding was quick and easy. The experience at MUC gave Allegiant a polished, international touch, even though the airline is mostly renowned for its domestic routes in the United States. If given the option, I would very certainly prefer to take another Allegiant flight from this terminal.
