Before we left for Nairobi, my buddies and I visited the Kenya Airways Hong Kong Office. We decided it would be better to go ourselves because we were unsure of our baggage allowance and dining options. We received a cordial welcome and received dignified service. All of our inquiries were addressed by the staff in plain, understandable language. We were also given some helpful travel advice by the staff. We were able to resolve the issue in less than half an hour during the visit. Throughout, the employees were kind and smiling. We had a great experience that calmed us and encouraged us to travel.
