It was a great experience for me and my party of friends to visit the Virgin Atlantic Munich Office. There was some uncertainty over our booking, even though we were all planning to travel together. The office staff was incredibly helpful and supportive at every turn. Throughout, they were composed, understandable, and cordial. We didn't feel rushed, and they patiently answered all of our questions. We were made to feel quite welcome, and the workplace space was neat and quiet. Without a doubt, I will suggest this office to anyone in need of help with Virgin Atlantic reservations.
