I recently visited the Turkish Airlines Doha Office and was extremely pleased with the level of service offered. The service staff were friendly, cooperative, and showed a high degree of professionalism. They patiently responded to all my questions regarding flight alterations and baggage allowance, and even assisted me with seat reservation. The office was neat, cozy, and very well-organized. It was a smooth experience throughout. The biggest thing that I noticed was the fact that they were so committed to doing things extra to help me be perfectly satisfied. If I were going back, which I wouldn't hesitate to do, I wouldn't hesitate.
