I went to the Alaska Airlines Vancouver Office with my wife and children. We had some questions regarding check-in and carry-ons. The personnel were friendly and answered our questions clearly. They were understanding with us and provided us with written information to take home. The office was conveniently located and provided comfortable seating. It was good to be able to talk with someone who was knowledgeable. My children were pleased too since the employees smiled and greeted them. We were very impressed with the service.
